亚临界机组提温至超超临界综合改造方案及应用 被引量:1

摘要 为满足国家节能减排及电厂机组指标创优需求,结合当地政府环保要求,电厂亚临界湿冷机组需通过提温至超超临界等级和湿冷改空冷等综合改造来满足政府环保要求,并进一步提高机组效率。以某电厂一期亚临界600 MW等级机组综合提温提效至超超临界参数和湿冷改空冷项目为例,简述机组综合改造方案及项目实际应用情况,重点介绍了汽轮机改造难点及解决方案。研究成果可为国内外同类型机组提温改造及湿冷改空冷提供参考。 To meet the requirements of national energy saving and excellent index of power plants,the subcritical water cooled unit needs to be retrofitted to ultra-supercritical level with air cooled type to reach higher efficiency and meet the demand of environment protection.Taking a retrofit project of a 600 MW unit from subcritical water cooled type to ultra-supercritical air cooled type as an example,the retrofit scheme and application situation are presented,and the difficulties of steam turbine retrofit and its solutions are emphasized.The research results can provide reference for the retrofit of temperature increase and cooling type of similar units.
