摘要
针对汽轮机启动过程复杂多样的现状,结合设计数据及机组现场运行数据,从旁路系统形式及启动方案、阀门配置形式等方面对常规300 MW亚临界机组、1000 MW超超临界机组和麟北350 MW超临界机组进行了对比说明及分析,并对麟北电厂机组的运行情况进行了介绍分析。所述内容对于该类型及相近类型机组的启动及运行工作具有一定的参考意义。
The steam turbine start-up process is of much complexity and diversity.Combined with the design data and on-site operation data of the unit,the conventional 300 MW subcritical unit,1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit and Linbei 350 MW supercritical unit are compared and analyzed in terms of bypass system,start-up scheme and valve configuration form.The operation of Linbei Power Plant is also presented and analyzed.It can provide a reference for start-up and operation of this type and similar types of units.
