摘要
介绍了上海汽轮机厂最新研制的超临界350 MW三缸两排汽双抽凝汽式汽轮机的总体方案和主要的设计特点,包括总体布置、轴系设计、滑销系统、反流双抽中压模块、一键启停技术应用、整体发运技术应用等。机组采用了较多的创新设计,可以提供大流量的可调整工业抽汽和可调整采暖抽汽。在机组效率提升和运行自动化程度提升的同时,还满足10年大修期要求,显著减小了机组安装和维护的工作量。
The overall scheme and main design features including unit arrangement,shaft system,sliding key system,reverse flow IP module with two adjustable extractions,one-key start-stop and overall delivery technology are presented for the new supercritical 350 MW three-cylinder two-exhaust double extraction condensing steam turbine developed by Shanghai Turbine Plant.Many innovative designs are adopted to supply large flow adjustable industrial extraction steam and adjustable heating extraction steam,which not only improve efficiency and automation operation of units,but can also satisfy demand for ten years overhaul duration and shorten installation and maintenance time dramatically.
