摘要
汽轮机进汽调阀由于受蒸汽长期冲刷,在通流结构老化、变形和系统改造等因素的影响下,其实际流量特性容易偏离设计值,影响机组负荷精准控制和安全稳定运行。为避免进行复杂且要求严格的现场流量特性试验工作,通过对机组历史运行数据的挖掘和分析,准确辨识出汽轮机进汽调阀流量特性参数,并基于流量特性线性化考虑,优化DEH阀门管理函数。将该方法应用于某600 MW等级超临界机组,其汽轮机调阀流量特性的线性偏差度得到较大改善,机组变负荷能力和一次调频能力都得到了大幅提高。
Under the long-time steam rushing,the flow characteristics of inlet valve often deviate from the design value with the impact of aging,deformation and system retrofit of flow path,thus the control precision of unit load and operation stability are affected.To avoid to do the complicated on-site flow characteristics test with strict demand,the inlet valve flow characteristic parameters can be identified by mining and analyzing the history data of unit.The DEH valve control function is also optimized based on flow characteristics linearization.After adopting this method in a 600 MW supercritical unit,the linear deviation of valve flow characteristics has been greatly decreased,and the load changing ability and primary frequency regulation capability have been significantly improved.
