摘要
对西门子SGT5-4000F(4+)型燃气轮机热悬挂现象进行了描述,对热悬挂现象的原因进行了分析,并对燃气轮机进行了一系列的检查,发现其主要原因是压气机入口叶片脏污,导致压气机效率下降及热态启动时透平效率降低。通过清洗压气机叶片、增加IGV初始开度的措施,较好地解决了这一问题。研究成果为燃气机组出现同类问题的分析提供了参考。
The thermal suspension phenomenon of Siemens SGT5-4000 F(4+)gas turbine is described,and its cause is analyzed.Through inspections on the gas turbine,it is found that the inlet blades of compressor are contaminated,resulting in the decrease of compressor efficiency and turbine efficiency drop during hot start-up.By cleaning the compressor blades and increasing the initial opening of IGV,the problem is solved.The research can provide reference for the analysis of similar problems in gas turbine.
