Depressive disorder is a kind of mental illness that seriously affects public health.In the past 20 years,great achievements have been made in the clinical and basic research of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of depression disorder.This expert consensus organizes experts from different disciplines to sort out the pathological mechanism,diagnostic classification and treatment principles of Western medicine,treatment methods,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,clinical treatment suggestions for special populations of depression disorder,suggestions on prevention and recurrence prevention of depression disorder,treatment of adverse reactions of antidepressant drugs and chemicals and summary and prospect,so as to provide guidance and suggestions for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of depression disorder with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
