影像学鉴别胶质瘤术后复发与放射性损伤

Imaging differential diagnosis of postoperative glioma recurrence and radiation injuries

摘要 脑部胶质瘤术后复发与术后放射治疗所致放射性损伤的常规MRI表现具有相似性,早期鉴别二者对临床选择治疗方案具有重要意义。本文对影像学鉴别胶质瘤复发及放射性损伤的国内外研究进展予以综述。 On conventional MRI,the manifestations of postoperative recurrence of glioma are similar to those of radiation injury caused by postoperative radiotherapy,and the early and accurately discrimination is of great significances to the choice of clinical treatments.The progresses of imaging identification of postoperative recurrence of glioma and radiation injury caused by postoperative radiotherapy in domestic and foreign researches were reviewed in this paper.
