摘要
目的观察在BOPPPS模式下应用思维导图对护理本科生进行皮肤科实习查房带教的可行性。方法选取护理专业实习生63人为研究对象,分为实验组(30人)和对照组(33人),实验组采用基于BOPPPS模式的思维导图实习查房带教方法,对照组采用传统查房教学方法。应用MIN-CEX量表以及患者评价对学生进行查房效果评价。结果 MIN-CEX评分结果显示,试验组在护患沟通、护理评估、人文关怀、护理问题、卫教咨询、护理措施和整体表现7个方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。患者评价包括护患沟通效果、查体过程、措施落实情况、服务态度、咨询服务、整体满意度以及健康行为,试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 BOPPPS模式下思维导图查房带教法有助于教师理清教学思路,引导学生全过程与患者接触沟通,全面收集患者信息,结合理论思考并落实护理程序,提高实习效率,建立整体护理的思维模式。
Objective To explore the feasibility of applying mind map in the practice ward round teaching of nursing undergraduates under the mode of BOPPPS.Methods 63 nursing interns were selected and divided into experimental group(30 people)and control group(33 people).The experimental group was taught by mind map based on BOPPPS mode,while the control group was given traditional ward round teaching method.MIN-CEX cex scale and patient evaluation were used to evaluate the effect of ward round.Results The MIN-CEX score showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in seven aspects of nurse patient communication,nursing evaluation,humanistic care,nursing problems,health education consultation,nursing measures and overall performance(P<0.05).Patient evaluation included nurse patient communication effect,physical examination process,implementation of measures,service attitude,consultation service,overall satisfaction and health behavior.The experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of mind map ward round under BOPPPS boppps mode is helpful for teachers to clarify teaching ideas,guide students to contact and communicate with patients in the whole process,guide students to comprehensively collect patient information,combine theoretical thinking and implement nursing procedures,improve practice efficiency,and establish the thinking mode of holistic nursing.
