中国的经济发展逐渐进入新常态,而大学生的就业难的问题成为当前社会的焦点问题。面对这种情况,如何提高学生的创业能力,成了目前最重要的问题。该文根据我国的经济形势和创业政策等,分析大学生创新创业所存在的问题和原因,并提出解决方案,以增强大学生的创业意识。经济体制转变对大学生创新创业政策的演变有着重要的意义,为了能让大学生创新创业政策更好地延续下去,政府和高校在其中需要扮演重要角色,制定切实可行的大学生创新创业政策,准确地定位大学生创新创业政策的目标,促进大学创新创业政策的执行并同时进行完善,在资金上加大支持大学生创新创业,并创造有利于大学生进行创业的环境。

China's economic development has gradually entered the new normal,and the employment problem of college students has become the focus of the current society.In the face of this situation,how to improve students'entrepreneurial ability has become the most important problem.According to China's economic situation and entrepreneurship policies,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship,and puts forward solutions to enhance college students'entrepreneurial awareness.The transformation of economic system is of great significance to the evolution of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship policies.In order to make the innovation and entrepreneurship policies of college students better continue,the government and colleges and universities need to play an important role to formulate feasible innovation and entrepreneurship policies for college students,accurately position the objectives of the policies,promote the implementation and improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship policies,increase financial support for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship,and create an environment conducive to college students'entrepreneurship.
