基于公共技术服务平台的高职院校科研团队建设

Construction of Scientific Research Team in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Public Technology Service Platform

产教融合和创新创业等政策的落实需要高职院校有高质量的科研成果和科研团队,当前松散的项目式科研团队已无法满足高职院校发展的需要。该文在分析当前高职院校科研团队现状基础上,提出以校地共建的公共技术服务平台为依托建设紧密型科研团队,解决目前科研团队存在经费不足、项目欠缺、缺少科研条件和无法保障科研时间等难题。同时以紧密型科研团队和公共技术服务平台促进产教融合和创新创业的发展。

The implementation of policies such as integration of industry and education and innovation and entrepreneurship requires higher vocational colleges to have high-quality scientific research achievements and scientific research teams.The current loose project-type scientific research teams can no longer meet the development needs of higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the scientific research teams in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes to build close-type scientific research teams on the basis of the public technology service platform jointly built by colleges and the local government,so as to solve the problems existing in the scientific research team,such as insufficient funds,lack of projects,lack of scientific research conditions and unable to guarantee the scientific research time.At the same time,it promotes the integration of industry and education and the development of innovation and entrepreneurship with close-type scientific research teams and the public technology service platform.
