工匠精神融入工科院校思政教育的实践途径探索

工匠精神是不断创新的精神理念,近年来越来越受到国家的认可与重视。该文结合工匠精神实际内容,利用红色资源促进工匠精神的传承践行,提升工匠精神的内容内涵;以学生喜闻乐见的方式,深入开展系列工匠精神实践,建立工匠精神的实境课堂,用演讲比赛等方式传承工匠精神,引导师生树立正确价值追求,引领学生树立积极进取的职业目标。最终达到在培养工科学生思政教育过程中,不断创新,提升学生个人的学习能力和科研能力,将工匠精神融入到思政教育过程中。

The"craftsman spirit"is a spirit of constant innovation,which has been increasingly recognized and valued by our country in recent years.Combining with the actual content of the"craftsman spirit",this paper uses red resources to promote the inheritance and practice of the"craftsman spirit",promotes the content connotation of the"craftsman spirit".We should carry out a series of practice of the"craftsman spirit"in a way that students enjoy,establish practical classes of the"craftsman spirit",inherit the"craftsman spirit"by means of speech contest,guide teachers and students to set up correct pursuit of value,and lead students to set up positive career goals.In the process of engineering students'ideological and political education,continuous innovation can be achieved to improve students'self-learning ability and scientific research ability,and the"craftsman spirit"can be integrated into the process of ideological and political education.
