摘要
劳动教育是新时代高校“全面育人”的重要内容,也是“立德树人”的必然要求。该文以“三全育人”理念为指导,从“全员”“全过程”“全方位”三个维度出发,围绕劳育队伍建设、劳育长效机制和劳育形式等方面进行探析,解决了在高校劳动教育中“由谁教育”“何时教育”“如何教育”的问题,构建符合新时代大学生劳动教育内涵的劳育实践路径和育人机制,以期全面提升高校劳动教育成效,促进大学生全面发展。
Labor education is an important part of the comprehensive education in colleges and universities in the new era,and it is also an inevitable requirement of"building morality and cultivating talents".Guided by the concept of"three whole education",and starting from the three dimensions of"whole staff","whole process"and"whole curriculum",this paper analyzes the construction of labor education team,the long-term labor education mechanism and the labor education forms.It solves the problems of"who educates","when to educate"and"how to educate"in labor education in colleges and universities,and builds up the practice paths and education mechanism of labor education that conform to the connotation of labor education for college students in the new era,so as to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of labor education in colleges and universities and promote the all-round development of college students.
