摘要
本科教育是大学教育的基础,也是我国高等教育的主体和关键部分。近年来国家正在积极推进世界一流大学和一流学科的“双一流”大学建设,要求高校建设一流师资团队并培养拔尖创新人才。在此背景下,针对本科生进行以能力产出为导向的全程导师培养模式研究,分别从学生、导师、学校以及能力产出四个方面对当前人才培养制度存在的问题进行分析并提出对应的改进意见。进一步分析了制度的优势与劣势,为提高拔尖型创新人才的培养质量提供参考。
Undergraduate education is the foundation of university education,and it is also the main and key part of higher education in China.In recent years,the country is actively promoting the construction of"double first-class"universities with world-class universities and first-class disciplines,which requires universities to build first-class teaching staff and cultivate top-notch innovative talents.In this context,a study on the whole-process tutor system training model for undergraduates with the orientation of competence output is conducted to analyze the problems of the current talent training system from four aspects:students,tutors,schools and competence output,and to propose corresponding improvement suggestions.The advantages and disadvantages of the system are further analyzed to provide reference for improving the quality of the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.
