摘要
管理的根本目的是寻找一切可利用的资源,使组织正常、有序运转,高校教学管理也是如此。想要实现教学管理的有序性,首先需要对全体教职工进行有序管理,其次需要对学校内全体学生进行管理。激励理论在管理学中指通过激发人的内在潜能,调动内因使事件向预期方向发展的过程。将激励理论运用至高校教育学管理中是教育竞争白热化的趋势,也是高校教育改革的必然要求。
The fundamental purpose of management is to find all available resources to make the organization run normally and orderly,so is the teaching management of colleges and universities.In order to realize the order of teaching management,it is necessary to conduct orderly management of all the teaching staff first,and then to manage all the students in the school.Incentive theory in management refers to the process of stimulating people's internal potential and mobilizing internal causes to make events develop in the expected direction.The application of incentive theory to the teaching management of colleges and universities is the trend of education competition and the inevitable requirement of education reform in colleges and universities.
