摘要 我国经济社会发展已经进入高质量发展阶段。高质量发展也是管理类本科学生职业能力培养的根本要求和目标。培养拥有高质量职业能力的人才是社会经济发展的需要,也是高等教育发展的必然选择。在高质量发展的新时代,管理类本科学生职业能力培养出现了新特征、新变化、新要求。该文基于高质量内涵式发展要求,对如何培养管理类本科学生的职业能力进行了研究。研究结论为如何高质量培养管理类本科学生的职业能力提供参考,有助于管理类本科学生获得高质量的职业能力,更好地适应经济社会发展要求。 China's economic and social development has entered a stage of high quality development.High quality development is also the basic requirement and goal of management undergraduate students'professional ability cultivation.Cultivating talents with high quality professional ability is the need of social and economic development and the inevitable choice of higher education development.In the new era of high quality development,there are new characteristics,new changes and new requirements in the cultivation of management undergraduate students'professional ability.Based on the requirements of high quality connotative development,this thesis studies how to cultivate the professional ability of management undergraduate students.The study result provides a reference for how to cultivate the professional ability of management undergraduate students,which is helpful for the management undergraduate students to obtain high quality professional ability and better adapt to the requirements of economic and social development.
