青年创业咖啡馆的运营模式分析

摘要 本文结合自身创业开设咖啡馆的经验对青年创业咖啡馆的运营现状进行分析,发现固投大、利润小成为发展面临的主要问题。提出开发与咖啡馆气质相符的周边产品以提升营业额,促进发展,并强调青年咖啡馆主同时应加强自身运营管理能力,为探索青年创业咖啡馆的可持续运营模式提供参考建议。 This article analyzes the operating status of youth entrepreneurial cafes based on their own entrepreneurial experience in opening cafes,and finds that large fixed investment and small profits have become the main problems facing development.It is proposed to develop peripheral products that match the temperament of the cafe to increase turnover and promote development,and emphasizes that young cafe owners should strengthen their own operation and management capabilities at the same time,and provide reference suggestions for exploring the sustainable operation model of youth entrepreneurship cafes.
