企业外贸风险研究综述

Summary of Research on Enterprise Foreign Trade Risk

相较发达国家,中国外贸损失率非常高,企业外贸面临巨大的风险。学界对企业外贸风险进行了大量研究并取得了丰硕成果。本文从外贸风险概念与内涵、风险分类与识别、风险评估与防范、风险化解与转移以及相关案例研究等方面对国内外文献进行梳理,归纳和总结。分析出当前外贸风险研究的趋势,指出该领域亟待关注的几个热点、焦点问题。

Compared with developed countries,China's foreign trade loss rate is very high,and enterprises face huge risks in foreign trade.The academic circle has conducted a lot of research on the foreign trade risks of enterprises and achieved fruitful results.This paper combs,summarizes and summarizes domestic and foreign literature from the aspects of foreign trade risk concept and connotation,risk classification and identification,risk assessment and prevention,risk resolution and transfer,and related case studies.Analyze the current trend of foreign trade risk research,and point out several hotspots and focus issues that need urgent attention in this field.
