Party Members and Cadres Should Be Good at Being“Slash Youth”

为了理顺与社会经济发展相伴相生的心态变化问题,全面提高个人综合素质,党员干部要善做"斜杠青年",并力求成为拥有多元能力的"斜杠青年",做到对党忠诚、业务精通、公道正派、亲近群众,在学习和实践中"斜杠"而为,这是党员干部个人与整个社会的共同选择。由此,党员干部需要善于做党的忠诚战士、人民群众的贴心人;善于做个"多面手",成为工作上的行家里手;善于做"守井人",做公正廉洁的恪守者。只有这样,才能真正实现沉下心来干工作、心无旁骛钻业务,以实践为导向、以人民为中心、以社会为圆点,在学习中和工作中"斜杠"有为。

In order to straighten out the psychological changes,party members and cadres should be good at being "slash youth".Therefore,party members and cadres need to be good at being loyal fighters of the party,close to the people,good at being a "versatile hand",good at being a "well-keeper". Only in this way,can we really achieve the work to sink to work,concentrate on business,practice-oriented,people-centered,to the community as a point,in the study and work.
