在当今“立德树人”的教育导向下,思政教育成为高校教育的重要内容之一,它对于培养人、教育人、塑造人、感化人发挥着不可替代的重要作用。“课程思政”是将思政教育融入各学科专业教学中,以期实现全员育人、协同育人的教育目标。文章对高校思政教育与体育教学的耦合进行研究,以提升高校体育课程思政建设的质量和效率。

In today's"fostering character and civic virtue"under the guidance of education,ideological and political education has become one of the important contents of higher education,it plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating,educating,shaping and influencing people."Curriculum ideological and political education"is to integrate ideological and political education into the teaching of various disciplines,in order to achieve the educational goal of all staff education and collaborative education.This paper studies the coupling of ideological and political education and physical education in order to improve the quality and efficiency of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
