摘要
教师作为教育教学工作的组织者和引导者,肩负着教书育人、培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重任。提高教师群体的职业幸福感,需要全社会的关注和重视。职业幸福感是教师做好教育工作的重要前提,是教师专业发展的内在动力,是教师走向卓越的基础。文章从心理学视角出发,对教师职业幸福感的提升进行探究。
As the organizer and guide of education and teaching,teachers shoulder the important task of teaching and educating people,training socialist builders and successors.To improve the occupational well-being of teachers needs the attention and attention of the whole society.Professional well-being is an important prerequisite for teachers to do a good job in education,an internal driving force for teachers'professional development,and a foundation for teachers to excel.From the perspective of psychology,this paper explores the promotion of teachers'professional well-being.
