Exploration of the Predicament and Outlet of the Development of Physical Education Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

体育学科是高职院校教学体系的重要组成部分,促进高职院校体育教师的专业化发展是当务之急。文章简述高职院校体育教师发展遇到的困境,并从高度重视职前教育、注重教师岗位专业能力提升、注重完善外部环境等方面,探讨促进高职院校体育教师专业发展的路径,以期给同行一些参考和借鉴。

Physical education is an important part of the teaching system in higher vocational colleges,and it is urgent to promote the professional development of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges.This paper briefly describes the difficulties encountered in the development of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the path to promote the professional development of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of attaching great importance to pre service education,improving the professional ability of teachers,and improving the external environment,so as to provide some reference for peers.
