幼儿告状行为的研究

幼儿告状是幼儿园经常发生的事情。文章主要分析幼儿告状行为的起因、动机、性别因素,并提出相关意见和建议来指导教师应对告状行为。要关爱幼儿,尊重幼儿;要注重提高教师的专业素养和能力;要机智灵活地应对幼儿的告状行为;要适当放手,提高幼儿独立思考、解决问题的能力;要注重家园共育,统一观念。

Children complain is a common thing in kindergarten.This paper mainly analyzes the causes,motivation and gender factors of children's complaint behavior,and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions to guide teachers to deal with the complaint behavior.To care for children,respect children;to focus on improving teachers'professional quality and ability;to be smart and flexible to deal with children's complaint behavior;to properly let go,improve children's ability to think independently and solve problems;to focus on home education,unified concept.
