随着科学技术的不断发展,网络已经渗透到各行各业,深刻影响着人们的学习、生活和工作。针对班级管理存在的管理观念落后、学生容易受一些不良网络信息的影响、班主任工作压力大等问题,文章从有效应用通信软件、加大思想道德教育力度、引导学生参与班级管理、与学生加强沟通交流等方面,对网络时代班级管理的具体策略进行探讨。

With the continuous development of science and technology,the network has penetrated into all walks of life,deeply affecting people's study,life and work.In view of the problems existing in class management,such as backward management concept,students easily affected by some bad network information,and class teacher's work pressure,this paper discusses the specific strategies of class management in the network era from the aspects of effective application of communication software,strengthening ideological and moral education,guiding students to participate in class management,and strengthening communication with students.
