学校随迁子女创造性思维能力培养摭探

Exploration of the Cultivation of Creative Thinking Ability of Migrant Children

随迁子女随务工父母到工作地就学后,常常需要适应新的人际关系、学习环境、生活模式、文化背景,更需要教师的关注。创造性思维能力不仅是随迁子女适应新环境的重要能力,更是随迁子女创造性解决问题的能力。文章从创设问题、利用信息技术、鼓励学生创造性思考、开展创造性思维训练等方面入手提出随迁子女创造性思维培养策略。

After migrant children's parents go to work,they often need to adapt to new interpersonal relationships,learning environment,life style,cultural background,and teachers'attention.Creative thinking ability is an important ability for the migrant children to adapt to the new environment,but also the ability for migrant children to solve problems creatively.This paper puts forward the strategies of creative thinking training for migrant children from the aspects of creating problems,using information technology,encouraging students to think creatively and developing creative thinking training.
