摘要
利用德化陶瓷工业常用原料,采用正交与单因素实验,系统研究了釉料配方中黑泥、瓷石、长石、锆英粉的量以及釉层厚度、保温时间、烧成温度、干燥方法等因素对釉面流纹效果的影响,确定了最佳釉料配方及工艺参数。实验结果表明:釉料组成是影响流纹釉效果的内在因素。当面釉中黑泥加入量为8%时,可使釉面在干燥时开裂;瓷石加入量为61%时,会具有合适的高温粘度,决定了流纹釉的产生;烧成制度与制备工艺对釉面效果起到调整作用。当烧成温度为1250℃、保温10 min,底釉厚0.4 mm—0.5 mm、面釉厚0.8 mm—1.0 mm的条件下,制备的试样釉面效果最佳。
The influence of the amount of black mud,porcelain stone,feldspar,zircon powder,glaze thickness,holding time,firing temperature and drying method on the effect of flow pattern on glaze was studied by orthogonal and single factor experiments with regular raw ceramic material of Dehua.The best glaze formula and process parameters were determined.The results show that the glaze composition is the internal factor affecting the effect of flow pattern glaze.When the amount of black mud in the glaze is 8%,the glaze will crack when it is dry.When the amount of porcelain stone is 61%,it will have a suitable high temperature viscosity,which determines the production of flow pattern glaze.The firing system and preparation process play an important role in adjusting the glaze effect.The optimal glaze effect can be accomplished when the firing temperature is 1250℃,the holding time is 10 min,the bottom glaze thickness is 0.4 mm-0.5 mm,and the surface glaze thickness is 0.8 mm-1.0 mm.
