摘要
陶瓷电子商务从起步、发展到如今成就规模,取得了较好的成效,但是也出现了一系列问题。业界试图通过O2O模式来有效解决此类问题。本文拟提出景德镇陶瓷O2O商业模式构建及相应保障措施,从平台建设细节、物流及供应链体系建设、盈利模式等角度构建商业模式,通过完善合作共赢的利益分配机制、严控商家准入门槛,完善服务体系、建立灵活多变的定价机制、多角度开展平台营销等措施保障商业模式实施。
Ceramic e-commerce has made great achievements from the initial starting,development to today's scale.But there are also a series of problems which can be addressed through O2O model.This paper proposes the business model of Jingdezhen Ceramic O2O platform and corresponding safeguard measures.The business model covers the platform construction details,logistics and supply chain system construction,and profit model.The safeguard measures include the improvement of win-win cooperation benefit distribution mechanism,strict control of business access threshold,improving the service system,establishing flexible pricing mechanism and various marketing means.
