在当代艺术的语境下,如何对待传统艺术的问题一直争论不休,而去年关于第十三届全国美展陶艺展的入选作品的争论更将这个话题推向了风口浪尖。本文通过简要分析、归纳艺术家白明当代陶艺作品的器型特点及装饰图像风格,尝试对这一宏观问题做出微观例证式回答,挖掘这位看似革旧而创新的陶艺家作品中所蕴含的传统中国陶瓷艺术理念与文化内核,他在作品中对于传统艺术与当代艺术之间取舍、进退的个人思辨表达。以此或可为景德镇陶瓷艺术乃至中国陶瓷艺术创作者们提供可供参考的例证,为古老的陶瓷艺术当代化转向提供一种可实现的路径选择。

In the context of contemporary art,the issue of how to treat traditional art has been controversial,and last year's debate on the selected works of the 13th National Art Exhibition of Ceramic Art brought this topic to the forefront.This article briefly analyzes and summarizes the shape features and decorative image styles of artist Bai Ming’s contemporary ceramic works,trying to supply a microscopic answer to this macro question with exemplifications,and dig out what is contained in the work of this seemingly old-fashioned but virtually innovative ceramic artist.Traditional Chinese ceramic art philosophy and cultural core,personal speculative expression of the trade-off between traditional art and contemporary art are expressed in his works.In this way,it may be possible to provide a reference example for the creators of Jingdezhen ceramic art and even Chinese ceramic art,and provide a feasible path for the modernization of ancient ceramic art.
