护生人格特征与护士执业资格考试焦虑的相关性 被引量:4

Correlation between personality characteristics of nursing students and anxiety of nurse licensing examination

摘要 目的:分析护生人格特征与护士执业资格考试焦虑的特点,探讨两者间的关系,为发掘科学有效的心理危机干预举措提供可行参考。方法:利用互联网“问卷星”平台发放问卷,问卷内容包括一般资料调查表、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)及中文版Sarason考试焦虑量表(TAS)对536名临毕业备考的护生进行调查。结果:536名护生TAS总均分为(17.68±7.315)分,有重度考试焦虑者198(36.9%),考试焦虑检出率为62.7%,护生护士执业资格考试前焦虑水平属中等水平。女护生TAS得分高于男护生(t=-2.959,P<0.01);本科学历护生TAS得分低于其他学历(F=4.088,P<0.05);平时成绩较差的护生TAS得分较高,与成绩优秀、中等相比(F=5.364,P<0.01)。不同焦虑程度的护生在精神质和神经质2个维度得分上差异有统计学意义(F=18.719;113.324,P<0.001)。人格特征中精神质与护士执业资格考试焦虑呈负相关(r=-0.279,P<0.01);神经质与护士执业资格考试焦虑呈正相关(r=0.585,P<0.01)。性别、学习成绩和神经质对护士执业资格考试焦虑有预测作用(R^(2)=37.2%)。结论:护生护士执业资格考试前焦虑水平属中等水平。人格特征中的神经质得分越高,护生护士执业资格考试焦虑水平越高,护生性格内外向与护士执业资格考试焦虑之间无相关性。 Objective:To analyze and the personality characteristics of nursing students and the anxiety of nurse licensing examinations,and explore the relationship between them,so as to provide feasible reference for exploring scientific and effective psychological crisis intervention measures.Methods:A total of 536nursing students who are preparing for exams before graduation were investigated by using the Internet"Questionnaire Star"platform,including general information questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised,Short Scale for Chinese(EPQRSC)and Chinese version of Sarason Test anxiety scale(TAS).Results:The total average TAS score of 536nursing students was 17.68±7.315,there were 198(36.9%)with severe test anxiety,and the detection rate of test anxiety was 62.7%.The anxiety level of nursing students before the nurse licensing examination was in the middle level.The TAS score of female nursing students was higher than that of male nursing students(t=-2.959,P<0.01),the TAS score of undergraduate nursing students was lower than that of other nursing students(F=4.088,P<0.05),and the TAS score of nursing students with poor grades was higher than that of excellent and moderate nursing students(F=5.364,P<0.01).There were significant differences in the scores of psychoticism and neuroticism among nursing students with different degrees of anxiety(F=18.719,113.324;P<0.001).Among the personality characteristics,psychoticism was negatively correlated with nurse licensing examination anxiety(r=-0.279,P<0.01),while neuroticism was positively correlated with nurse licensing examination anxiety(r=0.585,P<0.01).Gender,academic achievement and neuroticism can predict the nurse licensing examination anxiety(R^(2)=37.2%).Conclusion:The anxiety level of nursing students before nurse licensing examination is in the middle level.The higher the score of neuroticism in personality characteristics,the higher the anxiety level of nurse licensing examination for nursing students.There is no correlation between introversion and extroversion of nursing students and anxiety of nurse licensing ex-amination.
