共情能力对临床医学生抑郁的影响:同伴关系满意度和心理弹性的链式中介作用

Influence of empathy on depression of clinical medical students:The chain mediating effect of peer relationship satisfaction and resilience

目的:探讨共情能力对临床医学生抑郁的影响,以及同伴关系满意度和心理弹性在其中的作用。方法:运用人际关系反应量表、同伴关系满意度、心理弹性量表以及抑郁自评量表对558名临床医学生进行问卷调查。结果:①相关分析表明,共情能力、同伴关系满意度和心理弹性两两之间呈正相关(r=0.312、0.238、0.624,P<0.001);共情能力、同伴关系满意度、心理弹性与抑郁均呈负相关(r=-0.396,-0.467,-0.407;P<0.001);②链式中介效应分析表明,共情能力不仅直接影响临床医学生抑郁状况,还可通过两条路径间接影响:同伴关系满意度的中介作用以及同伴关系满意度—心理弹性的链式中介作用,中介效应分别占总效应的9.47%、16.32%。结论:共情能力既直接影响临床医学生的抑郁状况,也可通过同伴关系满意度和心理弹性间接影响临床医学生抑郁状况。

Objective:To explore the influence of empathy on depression of clinical medical students,and the role of peer relationships satisfaction and resilience.Methods:A total of 558clinical medical students were investigated by using IRI-C,Peer relationship satisfaction,CD-RISC and SDS.Results:①Correlation analysis showed that there were significantly positive correlation between empathy,peer relationship satisfaction and resilience(r=0.312,0.238,0.624;P<0.001).There were significantly negative correlation between empathy,peer relationship satisfaction,resilience and depression(r=-0.396,-0.467,-0.407;P<0.001).②Chain mediating effect analysis showed that,empathy could affect the depression of clinical medical students directly and through two indirect paths:The respectively mediating role of peer relationship satisfaction and the chain mediating role of peer relationship satisfaction and resilience.The mediating effect size accounted for 9.47%and 16.32%of the total effect.Conclusion:Empathy can influence clinical medical students’depression,not only through direct path,but also through the indirect path of mediating chains of peer relationship satisfaction and resilience.
