摘要
卵巢肿瘤是妇科常见的肿瘤,可见于女性各年龄段,肿瘤的组织学类型会有所不同。CT凭借其操作简便、快捷,图像直观及良好的空间分辨能力,对判断卵巢肿瘤的良恶性、浸润范围、分期等方面具有确切的诊断价值。近年来,多排螺旋CT软硬件技术的快速发展,一次扫描可实现各向同性成像,再结合血管成像容积再现技术(VR)、最大密度投影技术(MIP)等,在判断肿瘤大小、形态、边界、成份、血供及良恶性方面,为临床选择治疗方法和指导手术提供了更多确切的信息。
Ovarian tumor is a common gynecological tumor,can be seen in women of all ages,the histological type of tumor will be different.CT,with its simple and fast operation,visual image and good spatial resolution ability,has an accurate diagnostic value in the judgment of benign and malignant ovarian tumors,infiltration scope,staging and other aspects.In recent years,many row helical CT with the rapid development of the software and hardware technology,a scan can realize isotropic imaging,combined with vascular imaging measurement technology(VR),maximum density projection(MIP),etc.in the judgment,tumor size,shape,border,blood supply and benign and malignancy,ingredients,choose for clinical treatment and guide the operation provides more accurate information.
