颈部血管彩超对缺血性脑血管病患者颈部动脉血管病变的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of cervical vascular color doppler ultrasound in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease

目的:分析颈部血管彩超对缺血性脑血管病患者颈部动脉血管病变的诊断价值。方法:选取2019年5月—2020年7月医院收治的124例缺血性脑血管病患者作为观察组,并选取同时间段124例健康体检者作为对照组,两组均行颈部血管彩超并将两组患者检查结果进行对照比较。结果:观察组患者颈部血管彩超检查结果中动脉粥样硬化检出率和斑块形成检出率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:颈部血管彩超能够观察到颈部动脉粥样硬化以及斑块形成状况,从而为缺血性脑血管病临床诊断提供有效的诊断依据,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of cervical vascular color ultrasound in cervical arterial vascular lesions in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 124 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 124 healthy physical examination subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.Cervical blood vessel color doppler ultrasound was performed in both groups,and the examination results of the two groups were compared.Results The detection rate of atherosclerosis and plaque formation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical vascular ultrasound can observe the status of cervical atherosclerosis and plaque formation,so as to provide effective diagnostic basis for clinical diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,which is worth promoting.
