装配式墙面地面技术研究与应用

装配式装修作为装配式建筑技术的重要组成部分,其技术水平的提升可以有效提高装配式建筑品质、提升生产和施工效率,同时为装配式建筑预制构件的标准化创造了有利条件。本文研究的装配式墙面技术不仅解决了墙面的自主调平和墙板快速挂装,而且还针对不同室内空间和材料类型给出了不同的墙板挂装方案。此外,装配式集成地暖架空地面解决了地面的快速调平。由此,针对采暖地面给出了更为便捷的解决方案。通过实际工程应用,取得了很好的应用效果。

As an important part of assembled building technology,the improvement of prefabricated decoration technology can effectively improve the quality of assembled building,upgrade the efficiency of production and construction,at the same time,it creates favorable conditions for the standardization of prefabricated components in prefabricated buildings.The assembly-type wall technology studied in this paper not only solves the independent adjustment and rapid mounting of wall panels,but also provides different wall panels mounting schemes according to different interior spaces and material types.The assembled overhead floor integrated with heating function solves the rapid leveling of the ground and provides a more convenient solution for the floor heating,which has made good achievements through practical engineering application.
