Industrialization Practice of Prefabricated Steel Structure Housing

装配式钢结构住宅具有自重轻、工业化程度高、施工速度快、绿色环保等优点,近几年取得了长足发展,然而其整个产业仍有诸多改进提高的空间。本文结合钢结构住宅产业化实践总结了相关的技术经验,为其他类似工程应用提供参考。

Prefabricated steel structure housing has the advantages of light weight,high degree of industrialization,fast construction speed,green environmental protection and so on.In recent years,it has made great development,but its technology is not mature.Based on the industrialization practice of steel structure housing,this paper summarizes the relevant technical experience,which could provide reference for the future engineering application.
