摘要
在风力灭火机性能测试中,风速检测仪的毕托管探头中心与风口中心延长线精确重合,是保证风力灭火机性能精确检测的关键因素。而传统的检测方法需手动寻找风口中心,偏差较大,严重影响风力灭火机风速的测试性能。因此,提出了一种基于机器视觉的风力灭火机性能的检测方法。通过摄像头实时检测风力灭火机风口中心,利用霍夫圆检测算法结合最小二乘圆拟合进行风口识别与圆心定位,通过三轴运动控制平台实时调控实现毕托管探头与风口中心的精确重合。实验结果表明,在0.3~1.5m的运动测试过程中毕托管探头的运动轨迹与风口中心的重合误差为±1mm,提高了风力灭火机性能检测的准确性,为风力灭火机的性能检测提供了新方法。
In the performance test of the wind extinguisher,the Pitot probe center of the wind speed detector and the tuyere center extension line accurately coincide with each other,which is the key factor to ensure the accurate detection of the performance of the wind extinguisher.The traditional detection method requires manual search for the center of the tuyere,which has a large error and seriously affects the test performance of the wind speed of the wind extinguisher.Therefore,a new detection method based on machine vision for the performance of wind extinguishers is proposed in this paper.The tuyere center of the wind extinguisher is detected in real time by the camera.The Hough circle detection algorithm combined with the least squares fitting is used to identify the tuyere and the center of the circle.The three-axis motion control platform achieve the precise coincidence of the Pitot probe and the tuyere center.The experimental results show that the coincidence error between the motion track of the Pitot probe and the center of the tuyere is±1 mm during the motion test of 0.3~1.5 m,the accuracy of the performance test of the wind extinguisher is improved,it provides a new method for the performance test of wind extinguishers.
