服刑人员特质正念对睡眠质量的影响:心理健康的中介作用

Prisoners’trait mindfulness and sleep quality:The mediation effect of mental health

目的:考察服刑人员特质正念、睡眠质量与心理健康的关系。方法:选取五因素正念量表、症状自评量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表对228名服刑人员进行团体问卷测量,利用SPSS 22.0和Amos 21.0对数据进行分析和结构方程模型的建构。结果:(1)特质正念总分及其维度(有觉知的行动、不评判)与睡眠质量总分、心理健康总分及其维度(抑郁、精神病性)显著负相关(r=-0.320,-0.245,-0.322,-0.221,-0.324,-0.585,-0.545,-0.495,-0.151,-0.372,-0.332,-0.294;P<0.05);睡眠质量总分和心理健康总分及其维度(躯体化、抑郁、精神病性)显著正相关(r=0.473,0.416,0.482,0.321;P<0.01);(2)心理健康在特质正念和睡眠质量间起完全中介作用,中介效应占总效应的35%。结论:服刑人员特质正念通过心理健康间接影响服刑人员的睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the relationship among trait mindfulness,mental health and sleep quality of prisons.Methods:This paper investigated 228 inmates with Five Factor Mindfulness Questionnaire,Symptom Check List 90 and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.And we make use of the SPSS22.0 and Amos21.0 to analyze the data and build the structural equation model.Results:(1)The total score of trait mindfulness and its dimension,act with awareness score and nonjudge score,were significantly negatively correlated with the total score of sleep quality,the total score of mental health and its dimension,which included the depression score and psychosis score(r=-0.320,-0.245,-0.322,-0.221,-0.324,-0.585,-0.545,-0.495,-0.151,-0.372,-0.332,-0.294;P<0.05).Total score of sleep quality and total score of mental health and their dimensions,such as the somatization score,the depression score and the psychotic score,were significantly positively correlated(r=0.473,0.416,0.482,0.321;P<0.01).(2) The mental health played a completely intermediary role between the trait mindfulness and the sleep quality,and the proportion of the mediating effect of the total effect accounted for 35%.Conclusion:Trait mindfulness influences the sleep quality indirectly through mental health of prisons.
