多元化健康宣教对门诊高血压患者心理状态及依从性的影响 被引量:9

Effect of diversified health education on psychological status and compliance of outpatients with hypertension

摘要 目的:探讨多元化健康宣教对门诊高血压患者疾病认知、依从性及心理状态的影响。方法:选取某院门诊2017年1月-2019年1月收治的80例高血压患者,随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组予以常规出院指导,观察组在对照组基础上实施多元化健康宣教,共干预8周。比较两组疾病知识水平、依从性及心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果:干预后,观察组高血压知识、药物知识、治疗依从性、生活方式、饮食知识、并发症等疾病知识评分显著高于对照组(t=17.861,13.689,18.240,6.968,6.359,14.315;P<0.05);观察组服药、生活习惯及行为、定期复查等依从性评分显著高于对照组(t=5.205,4.889,4.795;P<0.05);观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(t=-2.430,-2.254;P<0.05)。结论:多元化健康宣教能够提高门诊高血压患者疾病知识水平及治疗依从性,改善不良心理状态。 Objective:To explore the effect of diversified health education on disease cognition,compliance and psychological status of outpatients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hypertension in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was given routine discharge guidance,and the observation group was given diversified health education on the basis of the control group for a total of 8 weeks of intervention.The level of disease knowledge,compliance and mental state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of hypertension knowledge,drug knowledge,treatment compliance,life style,diet knowledge and complications in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=17.861,13.689,18.240,6.968,6.359,14.315;P<0.05).The compliance scores of medication,living habits and behavior,and regular reexamination in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=5.205,4.889,4.795;P<0.05),while the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=-2.430,-2.254;P<0.05).Conclusion:Diversified health education can improve the level of disease knowledge and treatment compliance of outpatients with hypertension and improve their psychological state.
