心理安全感在大学生自我效能感与亲社会倾向间的中介作用

Mediating role of psychological security between college students’ self-efficacy and prosocial tendency

目的:探讨大学生的自我效能感(Self-Efficacy)对亲社会倾向(Prosocial Tendency)的影响,考察心理安全感(Psychological Security)在其中所起的中介作用。方法:采用自我效能感量表(General Self-Efficacy Scale,GSES)、亲社会倾向量表(Prosocial Tendencies Measure,PTM)、安全感量表(Security Questionnaire,SQ)对303名大学生进行调查,利用Bootstrap检验心理安全感在自我效能感和亲社会倾向之间中介效应。结果:大学生的自我效能感与亲社会倾向呈显著正相关(r=0.511,P<0.01);心理安全感与亲社会倾向呈显著正相关(r=0.435,P<0.01);自我效能感与心理安全感呈显著正相关(r=0.489,P<0.01)。心理安全感在自我效能感和亲社会倾向之间起部分中介作用。心理安全感的中介效应值为0.19,占总效应的38.18%。结论:大学生的自我效能感正向预测亲社会倾向,心理安全感在其中起中介作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of college students’ self-efficacy on prosocial tendencies and the mediating role of psychological security between them.Methods:A total of 303 college students were tested by self-efficacy scale,prosocial tendency scale and security scale.We used Bootstrap to test the mediating effect of psychological security between self-efficacy and prosocial tendency.Results:College students’ self-efficacy was significantly positively correlated with prosocial tendencies(r=0.511,P<0.01).There was significantly positive correlation between psychological security and prosocial tendencies(r=0.435,P<0.01).The score of self-efficacy was significantly positive correlation with psychological security(r=0.489,P<0.01).Psychological security was partly mediating between self-efficacy and prosocial tendencies.The mediating effect value of psychological security was 0.19,accounting for 38.18% of the total effect.Conclusion:College students’ self-efficacy positively predicts prosocial tendencies and psychological security plays a mediating role in it.
