社会支持对贫困高职生心理健康的影响

Relationship between social support and mental health of impoverished vocational college students

目的:探讨贫困高职大学生社会支持与心理健康的关系,以及积极心理资本与人际关系在二者关系之间的中介作用。方法:对深圳市某高职院校563名贫困大学生,采用大学生社会支持评定量表、症状自评量表、积极心理资本量表和人际关系综合诊断量表测量学生的社会支持、心理健康、积极心理资本和人际关系状况。结果:(1)心理健康与社会支持、积极心理资本呈负相关(r=-0.18,-0.31;P<0.01),与人际关系呈正相关(r=0.43,P<0.01);社会支持与积极心理资本呈正相关(r=0.39,P<0.01),与人际关系呈负相关(r=-0.24,P<0.01);积极心理资本与人际关系呈显著负相关(r=-0.44,P<0.01);(2)中介效应检验发现,社会支持通过积极心理资本对心理健康的间接效应显著(a*b=-0.18,SE=0.08,Boots CI=[-0.33,-0.03]);同时社会支持经积极心理资本、人际关系对心理健康的间接效应显著(a*b*c=-0.23,SE=0.05,Boots CI=[-0.36,-0.15])。结论:社会支持、积极心理资本和人际关系是贫困高职生心理健康的重要影响因素,社会支持不仅通过积极心理资本间接影响贫困高职生的心理健康水平,还通过积极心理资本、人际关系的链式中介作用间接影响其心理健康水平。

Objective:To explore the relationship between social support and mental health among Chinese impoverished vocational college students,and the intermediary role of positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationship between the relationship.Methods:Investigation was conducted among 563 impoverished vocational college students,whom were assessed with the Social Support Scale for University Students(SSS For US),the Symptom Check list 90(SCL90),the Positive Psycap Questionnaire(PPQ)and the Interpersonal Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale(ICDS).Results:(1)The results of correlation analysis showed that the score of mental health was negatively correlated with social support and positive psychological capital(r=-0.18,-0.31;P<0.01),while the score of mental health was correlated with interpersonal relationship(r=0.43,P<0.01);There was a positive correlation between the score of social support and positive psychological capital(r=0.39,P<0.01),and a negative correlation between the score of social support and interpersonal relationship(r=-0.24,P<0.01),while there was a negative correlation between the score of psychological capital and interpersonal relationship(r=-0.44,P<0.01).(2)The test of intermediary effect showed that the indirect effect of social support through positive psychological capital on mental health was significant(a*b=-0.18,SE=0.08,Boots CI=[-0.33,-0.03]),while the indirect effect of social support through positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationship on mental health was significant(a*b*c=-0.23,SE=0.05,Boots CI=[-0.36,-0.15]).Conclusion:Social support,positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationship are important influencing factors of mental health of impoverished vocational college.Social support not only indirectly affects the mental health through positive psychological capital,but also indirectly affects their mental health through the chain mediating effects of positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationship.
