摘要
Drebrin是一种大脑发育调节蛋白,主要在大脑中表达,高度集中于神经元中的树突棘,在大多数兴奋性突触中起关键作用。神经元树突棘的结构变化是由肌动蛋白动力学驱动,而Drebrin是一种肌动蛋白结合蛋白,可与细胞肌动蛋白相互作用来调节细胞肌动蛋白骨架,参与树突棘形成、突触可塑性改变、细胞通讯等神经元活动,在某些认知功能障碍疾病中Drebrin的水平显著下降,并表现出认知功能障碍。本文拟对Drebrin参与树突棘发育及认知功能形成的研究进展进行综述。
Drebrin is a cerebrum development regulation protein,mainly express in the cerebrum and concentrat in the dendritic spines of neurons,which plays a key role in most excitatory synapses.The structural of neuronal dendritic spines are driven by actin dynamics.Drebrin is an actin-binding protein that can interact with cellular actin to regulate its actin skeleton and participate in the formation of dendritic spines,synaptic plasticity changes,cell communication and other neuronal activities.The level of Drebrin drops significantly in some cognitive dysfunction diseases and shows cognitive dysfunction.This article intends to review and analyze the research progress of Drebrin in the development of dendritic spines and the formation of cognitive function.
