摘要
目的了解陕西中医药大学(以下简称“我校”)食品卫生与营养学专业隐性逃课现状,探讨其对“食品毒理学”教学效果的影响。方法2019年5月6日选择我校2016级食品卫生与营养学专业50名本科生作为研究对象,收集隐性逃课和教学效果资料,分析其对教学效果的影响。结果隐性逃课发生率为87.76%,不同性别、生源地和高考志愿的隐性逃课发生率及各因子评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。隐性逃课学生和非隐性逃课学生成绩评定等级、绩点比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。学习环境与绩点呈显著负相关关系(r=-0.343,P<0.05),学习习惯和学习环境对绩点的作用最大。结论隐性逃课对“食品毒理学”教学效果有一定的影响,特别是学习习惯和学习环境的影响较大。
Objective To know the situation of recessive truancy in food hygiene and nutrition in Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine(“our school”for short),and explore its influence on teaching effect of food toxicology.Methods Fifty undergraduates on May 6th 2016 of food hygiene and nutrition in our school were selected as research objects,the data of recessive truancy and teaching effect were collected,and its impact on teaching effect were analyzed.Results The incidence rate of recessive truancy was 87.76%,and there were no significant differences in the incidence rate of recessive truancy and the score of each factor among different genders,places of origin and college entrance examination volunteers(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in grades and grade points between recessive truant students and non recessive truant students(P>0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between learning environment and grade points(r=-0.343,P<0.05),and learning habits and learning environment had the greatest effect on grade points.Conclusion Recessive truancy has a certain influence on teaching effect of“food toxicology”,especially on study habits and learning environment.
