摘要
利用信息技术加强门诊质量控制已成为现代医院门诊管理的趋势,信息技术手段可以一定程度上帮助门诊管理者们破解门诊纸质病历管理困局,促进中医医院门诊“临床-科研-教学”水平的提升。信息化应用于中医医院门诊病历质控可以从事前、事中和事后三个阶段,从自控、科控和院控三层级开展。医院管理者同时应注重培养门诊跨学科管理人才、提升门诊信息化水平和防护信息安全,使得信息技术安全地运用于中医医院门诊病历质控。
The use of information technology to strengthen the quality control of outpatient clinics has become a trend in modern hospital outpatient management.Information technology can help outpatient managers to solve the dilemma of outpatient management of paper medical records to a certain extent,and the improvement of the“clinical-research-teaching”level of outpatient services in Chinese medicine hospitals.The application of informatization to the quality control of outpatient medical records in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals can be carried out in three stages,namely,before,during and after the event,from the three levels of self-control,scientific control and hospital control.Hospital administrators should also focus on cultivating interdisciplinary management talents in outpatient clinics,improving outpatient informatization and protecting information security,so that information technology can be safely used in the quality control of outpatient medical records in Chinese medicine hospitals.
