细节干预模式在手术室中的应用

Application of detailed nursing intervention mode in operating room

目的探讨细节护理干预模式在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年3月—2019年10月南京医科大学第一附属医院接受手术治疗的患者115例,根据时间分为干预组(2019年1月—10月)61例、对照组(2018年3月—12月)54例。对照组给予手术室常规护理,干预组联合手术室细节护理,比较两组手术室护理质量、手术效率、护理不良事件、患者满意度。结果干预组器械管理、消毒隔离、手术配合、护理质量总分高于对照组(P<0.05);手术准备时间、接送时间、每台手术时间短于对照组(P<0.01);护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理干预有助于提高手术室护理质量,缩短手术时间,减少手术护理不良事件发生率,改善手术室医患关系。

Objective To explore the application effect of detailed nursing intervention mode in operating room nursing.Methods A total of 115 patients who underwent surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected.According to operation time,they were divided into 61 cases in the treatment group(January to October 2019)and 54 cases in the control group(March to December 2018).The control group was given routine care in the operating room,while the treatment group combined with detailed care in the operating room.The quality of care in the operating room,surgical efficiency,adverse nursing events,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total scores of instrument management,sanitation and disinfection,nursing cooperation and quality of care of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);operation preparation time,pick-up time,and each operation time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.01);the incidence of adverse nursing events was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);patient care satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing intervention can help improve the quality of care in the operating room,shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of adverse events in surgical care,and improve the doctor-patient relationship in the operating room.
