摘要
新常态下,亟须开展辽河流域水环境承载力评估,以指导流域生态文明建设。针对辽河流域特点,以招苏台河铁岭市控制单元为例,采取目标—准则—指标层级关系框架建立水环境承载力指标体系,并结合主客观赋权综合法对该控制单元水环境承载力进行评估。结果表明,该控制单元水环境承载力指数介于0.1750~0.5302之间,总体呈超载状态。水生态和水资源承载是目前限制控制单元水环境承载力的主要因素。该水环境承载力评估的研究方法可为区域水环境管理提供科学支撑。
In order to achieve the new demand of ecological civilization construction in the basin,the evaluation of water environmental carrying capacity(WECC)is needed urgently.Based on the characteristics of Liao River Basin,taking the control unit of ZhaoSu Tai River in Tieling City as an example,the WECC index system is established by three-frame designing(goal layer-criterion layer-index layer)and the assessment is carried out combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.The results show that the water environmental carrying capacity index(WECCI)of the control unit is between 0.1750 and 0.5302,indicating a overload situation.Water ecological and water resource carrying capacity are the main controlling factors for the water environmental carrying capacity in the control unit.The proposed method of water environmental carrying capacity assessment is practical for regional water environment management.
