摘要
静态再结晶是材料变形后通过热处理来改变组织状态的重要现象。本文重点综述总结了金属静态再结晶行为的数值模拟研究,首先简要介绍了计算材料科学中常用的元胞自动机(Cellular automata,CA)模拟方法,然后分别对元胞自动机模拟的动力学模型和物理模型发展进行详细综述,并分析总结了近年来元胞自动机在金属及其合金静态再结晶行为研究中的应用现状。最后,就金属静态再结晶行为的元胞自动机模拟研究提出相关建议。
Static recrystallization is an important way to change the microstructure of materials by heat treatment after deformation. This paper summarizes the numerical simulation of static recrystallization behavior of metals. Firstly, the simulation methods of cellular automata(Cellular automata,CA) commonly used in computational material science are briefly introduced, and then the dynamic and physical models development of cellular automata simulation are reviewed in detail. The application of cellular automata in the study of static recrystallization behavior of metals and their alloys in recent years is analyzed and summarized. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the study of cellular automata simulation of static recrystallization behavior of metals.
