依那西普治疗强直性脊柱炎对患者骨密度、骨代谢指标及红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白水平的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Etanercept on Bone Density,Bone Metabolism,ESR and CRP Levels in Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

摘要 目的探讨依那西普治疗强直性脊柱炎对患者骨密度、骨代谢指标及红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月沈阳市中医院收治的78例强直性脊柱炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(塞来昔布+柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,39例)和观察组(塞来昔布+依那西普治疗,39例),比较两组患者治疗前后骨密度、骨代谢指标、ESR、CRP及疾病活动度。结果两组治疗前骨密度、骨代谢指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组骨密度、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)明显改善,且观察组各指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前ESR、CRP水平及疾病活动度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组ESR、CRP水平及疾病活动度评分明显改善,且观察组各指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强直性脊柱炎给予依那西普治疗可明显改善患者骨密度和骨代谢,抑制炎症反应及疾病活动度。 Objective To explore the effects of etanercept on bone density,bone metabolism,ESR and CRP levels in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods From February 2019-February 2020,a total of 78 patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted to Shenyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,according to different treatment were divided into a control group(given celecoxib+sulfanilamide pyridine willow nitrogen treatment,39 cases)and an observation group(given celecoxib+treatment in accordance with the heap,39 cases).The bone mineral density,bone metabolism index,ESR,CRP and disease activity were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant difference in BMD and bone metabolism index between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,bone density,BALP,BGP of the 2 groups were significantly improved.And each index of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ESR,CRP level and disease activity score between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,ESR,CRP level and disease activity score of the 2 groups were significantly improved,and the indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with etanercide can significantly improve the bone density and bone metabolism,inhibit the inflammatory response and disease activity.
