摘要
为提升工程项目前期决策质量与效率,通过查阅文献、实践调研方法,分析运用BIM技术在工程项目前期快速现状建模,并通过建立三维虚拟仿真场景辅助工程项目决策分析、方案比选及优化。然后提出BIM技术在工程项目前期辅助决策中的应用流程,并以锦城铁路项目为案例进行实证分析,为工程决策管理人员应用BIM技术提供参考。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of early-stage decision-making of engineering projects,through literature review,practical research methods,this paper analyzes using BIM technology in the early stage of engineering project to rapid status modeling,and through the establishment of three-dimensional virtual simulation scenarios to assist engineering project decision analysis,program comparison and optimization.Then,puts forward the application process of BIM technology in the early-stage auxiliary decision-making of engineering projects,and uses the Jincheng Railway project as a case to conduct empirical analysis to provide reference for engineering decision-making managers to apply BIM technology.
