液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定清咽润喉类保健品中非法添加的沙丁胺醇和二氧丙嗪

Simultaneous determination of salbutamol and dioxopromethazine illegally added in health food for clearing throat and moistening throat by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

目的建立清咽润喉类保健品中沙丁胺醇和二氧丙嗪的液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法方法用甲醇超声提取,离心取上清液稀释,用C_(18)色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法进行测定。结果该方法线性关系良好,线性范围为5 ng/ml-200 ng/ml,平均回收率在80%-120%,相对标准偏差均在5%以下。沙丁胺醇和二氧丙嗪的最低检出浓度分别为0.02 ng/ml和0.04ng/ml。结论本法专属性强,灵敏度和准确度高,可快速检测清咽润喉类保健品中非法添加的沙丁胺醇和二氧丙嗪.

Objective To develop a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous determination of salbutamol and dioxopromethazine illegally added in health food for clearing throat and moistening throat. Methods The analytes were extracted with methanol. After centrifugation,the supernatant was used for analysis. The separation was performed on a C18 column with methanol-0. 1% formic acid-water solution as mobile phase with gradient elution and detected by tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization source. Results The method showed good linearity within 5 ng/ml-200 ng/ml. The mean recoveries ranged from 80% to 120% and the relative standard deviations were less than 5%. The lowest detection limits for salbutamol and dioxopromethazine were 0. 02 ng/ml and 0. 04 ng/ml,respectively. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity,accuracy and specificity. It can be used to detect salbutamol and dioxopromethazine illegally added in health food for clearing throat and moistening throat rapidly.
