血清趋化因子CCL20与结肠癌患者的预后研究

A study on the correlation between serum chemokine CCL20 and the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients

目的研究结肠癌的发生发展与机体的趋化因子的相关性。方法获取11例Ⅰ期,22例Ⅱ期,21例Ⅲ期和10例Ⅳ期结肠癌患者以及15例健康体检者外周血。离心机离心获取血清保存于-20℃冰箱。通过酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)对不同分期的结肠癌患者及健康体检者外周血血清中趋化因子CCL20进行测定。统计学分析趋化因子CCL20和结肠癌临床分期是否具有相关性,及CCL20与结肠癌患者预后是否存在关联。结果结肠癌患者血清趋化因子CCL20水平明显升高(P<0.05),CCL20与结肠癌患者临床分期显著相关,进展期结肠癌患者显著高于早期结肠癌患者。CCL20高表达的CRC患者生存率显著下降(P<0.05)。结论趋化因子CCL20有可能是结肠癌患者的一个预后检验指标。

Objective To study the correlation between the occurrence and development of colon cancer and chemokines.Methods Peripheral blood was obtained from 11 stage Ⅰ colorectal cancer patients with 22 stage Ⅱ colorectal cancer patients,21 stage Ⅲ colorectal cancer patients and 10 stage Ⅳ colorectal cancer patients and 15 healthy persons. Serum was collected,centrifuged and stored in refrigerator at-20 ℃ . The chemokine CCL20 in peripheral blood serum of patients with different stages of colorectal cancer was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). The correlation between CCL20 and stage of colorectal cancer patients,and the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients were analyzed by statistical software.Results The level of serum chemokine CCL20 was significantly increased in colorectal cancer patients( P < 0. 05). CCL20 was significantly correlated with clinical stage of colorectal cancer. The patients with advanced colorectal cancer were significantly higher than those with early stage colorectal cancer( P < 0. 05). The concentration of CCL20 was significantly associated with the prognosis of colorectal cancer( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Chemokine CCL20 may be a prognostic marker for colorectal cancer patients.
