2019年青岛市食品中化学污染物及有害因素监测分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解青岛市食品中主要化学污染物及有害因素的污染水平,确定危害因素的分布和可能来源,发现食品安全风险和隐患,为开展食品安全风险评估、食品安全标准修订、制定及跟踪评价等提供科学依据。方法全市10个区(市)监测点按照《2019年山东省食品安全风险监测实施方案》及《2019年国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》等相关方法进行采样、检测。结果2019年共监测12大类132个小类食品共671份,超标样品29份,违禁样品2份,合格率为95.4%(640/671);样品超标率最高的食品类别为水产动物及其制品(66.67%,20/30),其他依次为蜂蜜(20.00%,2/10)、蛋及蛋制品(10.00%,1/10)、茶及茶制品(8.33%,5/60)、蔬菜及其制品(1.67%,3/180)。结论青岛市食品安全质量总体优良,食品安全整体形势持续稳定向好,但部分仍存在较高风险,应加强相关食品的监管监测力度,提高全市食品安全。 Objective To understand the pollution level and trend of major pollutants and harmful factors in food in Qingdao city,to discover food safety risks and hidden dangers,to determine the distribution and possible sources of harmful factors,and to provide scientific basis for carrying out food safety risk assessment,revision of food safety standards,formulation and follow-up evaluation.Methods All samples were collected from 10 districts of Qingdao City according to the Food Safety Risk Monitoring Plan and Manual for Chinese National Food Contamination and the chemical pollutants in the samples were monitored according to Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring in 2019.Results A total of 671 food samples including 12 categories were detected,the total qualified rate was 95.4%(640/671).29 samples were above the national standards and 2 samples were detected banned substances.The descending order of exceeding rates was aquatic products(66.67%,20/30),honey(20.00%,2/10),eggs and egg products(10.00%,1/10),tea and tea products(8.33%,5/60)and vegetables(1.67%,3/180).Conclusion The general situation of food safety is good in Qingdao City,but some problems have been found.To ensure the food safety,we must enhance the strength of supervision.
