基于FreeRTOS的可编程数字电源系统设计与实现

摘要 为了实现一个品质良好的电源,设计一种以ARM Cortex⁃M3处理器为核心的控制单元。其执行部件混合开关电源和线性稳压电源模块,嵌入FreeRTOS实时操作系统管理系统任务的可编程数字电源实现方法,采用HMI串口屏实现对数据的显示和触屏命令控制。然后分别对系统的整体架构、显示进行软硬件设计。通过实际测试,最后验证了该系统具有良好的稳定性和可靠性,控制精度好,反应速度快。系统还可通过以太网实现远程控制,进一步体现系统的实用性和市场价值。 In order to achieve a good quality power supply,a control unit with ARM Cortex⁃M3 processor as the core is proposed,the execution unit includes the switching power supply and linear regulated power supply modules,the embedded FreeRTOS real⁃time operating system is used to manage the implementation method of programmable digital power supply in the system task,and the HMI serial port screen is adopted to realize the data display and touch⁃screen command control.The overall architecture and display of the system are designed for the hardware and software.The actual testing verifies that the system has good stability and reliability,good control accuracy and fast reaction speed.The system can also realize remote control through Ethernet,which further reflects the practicability and market value of the system.
